I used information readily available to the public (e.g. school report card, teacher working conditions survey, etc) to
assemble a profile of my internship placement site.
Phase Two: Detailed Examination of SchoolCommunity/Human Resources
I conducted a comprehensive school profile in the form of a historical narrative based on stakeholder experiences and stories. To complete this, I created an anonymous survey and asked staff, a parent, a central office personnel and a district DPI coach to complete.
